Ronald Reagan was born on February 6, 1911 in Tampico, Illinois.  Ronald Reagan and his family moved from Chicago, Galesburg, Monmouth, and Tampico to Dixon, Illinois. Ronald Reagan considered Dixon his hometown and on July 22, 1922, Ronald Reagan became a Christian. 
In the summer of 1926, Ronald Reagan worked as a lifeguard at Lowell Park in Dixon and saved 77 people for the next 7 summers.
After high school, Ronald Reagan went to college and graduated from Eureka College with a BA in economics and sociology in June of 1932.
In the year of 1937, Ronald Reagan was enlisted in the Army Reserve as a Private but soon was promoted to the rank of second Lieutenant in the Officers Reserve Corps of the Cavalry.
In 1940, Ronald Reagan wedded Jane Wyman. One year later on January 4, 1941, Maureen Reagan was born as Ronald Reagan’s first daughter and he became a Captain in 1943.
On December 9, 1945, Ronald Reagan was discharged from the Army honorably.
In 1949, Ronald Reagan’s divorce to Wyman was finalized. Three years after the divorce on March 4, 1952, Ronald Reagan got married to Nancy Davis at the Little Brown Church in Studio City, California and she gave birth to two children
In 1952, Reagan began his political career and campaigned for Eisenhower. He also campaigned for Nixon and became a governor in 1966
On November 4, 1980, Ronald Reagan was elected the 40th President of the United States in a landslide victory. One year later on March 30, 1981, an assassin shot Ronald Reagan, but he recovered quickly and returned to duty.
On June 5, 2004, Ronald Reagan died at the age of ninety-three from Pneumonia at his home in Los Angeles California.
